I've always thought that CW's reaction on meeting Anne again is refreshingly realistic. I too would wonder about the love of a man who could be perfectly bland and polished after a painful breakup!

Good point about too much activity leaving a person without time to make sense of their feelings - I hadn't thought of it that way before!
