Mary's reasons for being in Lyme Written by JoAnn (10/21/2008 1:35 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, If Mary Goes Home, penned by LeeAnne

I agree that she doesn't want to be left alone, but look at what her attitude is in being there, vs. everyone else's. Everybody else in the family is wrapped up in Louisa and her recovery, while Mary is having a little vacation. No kids, no responsibilities, and certainly no role in the sick room! She's self-centered and inconsiderate, through and through.
