Perhaps CW sensed that :-)   Written by JanELT (10/18/2008 11:26 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Anne´s sensible behaviour, penned by MarianneR
Are you new?

I'm still surprised that CW was basically in shock and unable to handle the crisis when with all that war experience, he should be able to know what to do. It had to be Anne, our dear heroine, who saved the day (and possibly Louisa's life) by her quick thinking.

We see this trait this week: Anne preventing another marital crisis between Mary and Charles by taking care of their son so they could go to the party. And last week: Anne trying to help figure out what to do about her father's financial woes.

It was all Anne. No one as capable as Anne.
