than a toadying sycophant? Except maybe a toadying sycophant who is in line to be a baronet. Elizabeth wouldn't give a rational person the time of day. I agree that Anne is undesirable to Elizabeth because she has has no interest in flattering her sister & father. She sees them as they are, & if they happen to ask what she thinks she tells them--the truth.
