I doubt Sir Walter or Elizabeth would be much aware of Anne's tastes in books or music.
A recent discussion on the Persuasion board suggested some showy geegaw not available to buy in the country- perhaps an ivory brise fan or porcelain scent bottles for the dressing table which were popular with fashionable ladies like Elizabeth rather than Anne.
A handmirror ? ;-)
