Birthday Gifts Written by Cheryl (10/7/2008 12:01 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, But why does Anne have to forgo..., penned by Moni

The only gift mentioned is the one they'd routinely bring Anne from their yearly trip to London. I don't know that it's a necessarily a birthday gift, in fact, if they're going to London for the Season, that starts when Parliament opens, which is the spring, and Anne's birthday is in August, so probably not.
