Are you new?

her usual birthday present? If I read about the alterations to the family budget, it says Anne doesn't receive her birthday present, yet it doesn't say anyone else's is cancelled out. Is it some kind of strange prejudice, without sound basis? I am intrigued why she is singled out in this fashion;-)), my reason of investigation.
