I second (or third) all the thanks to the group and our leader. I must admit to skimming books to get to the meaty parts, and sometimes skipping sections dealing with characters I don't like to get to the happy ending (I hope). So taking this book slowly and really reading every work was a revelation, despite being my fourth or so reading of the book. I have more respect than ever for the abilities of Jane Austen, and I plan to go through every book the same way as Pemberley goes through the cycle. Despite all that is going on around me (the latest thing being a child with chickenpox) I have clung to my daily GR readings and it has been well worth the effort.
