I think Anne is LR's only godchild in the Elliot family. Not that I'm an expert, but traditionally I believe even close friends were only asked to be godparent to one child in a family. Elizabeth has a claim on LR as the daughter of her best friend, but I don't think she is LR's goddaughter.
