I agree, Jenny. What could Anne possibly owe Mr. E.? Written by Annette J. (10/24/2005 6:09 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Anne owes him nothing, penned by Jenny Allan

She has certainly gotten a good handle on his character without knowing all the details of his life. I think that she sees him very clearly even though some of her opinion may be the result of her old friend Mrs Smith and her love for CW. As bad as Elizabeth Bennet marrying Mr. Collins IMO!
