This Monday sees the beginning of the end of our reading of Persuasion, and I have a request to make as to posting next week. Instead of rushing headlong toward the end of the book, let us spend Monday and Tuesday talking about chapters 21-22 - there is plenty of fodder in these two chapters alone to keep us well occupied - and begin discussion of of the last two chapters on Wednesday.

I'm looking forward to discussing the outcome of all our intrigues, but I'm feeling a bit nostalgic about the closing of the Group Read as well.
