Are you new?

and grows up just as Marianne does, and part of her change is valuing reading and poetry more? I saw the similarity between Louisa and Marianne when Emmeline brought it up--both of them are attracted to completely different men after their illnesses/accidents than before. I hadn't thought of that before. I was also reminded of Marianne before her experience with Willoughby completely eschewing the idea of second attachments (not very logical, considering her mother was her father's second wife!) and changing her ideas--in fact what had been part of her creed--in that respect.
