I don't think there is the same constraints among marrying within the nobility. I think she would be willing to marry someone who was above a baronet. I do not think she would lower herself to marry outside of the nobility, despite Mr. Darcy's 10,000 a year!

I also do not think that say, a Duke's sone would have too much issue with marrying a woman who was "only" the daughter of a barnoet.
