Are you new?

Filigree was one of the hobbies mentioned in S&S, that uses paper. You take little strips of paper, roll it up and glue it to a basket or other decorative object. I imagine the silk could be used to line or trim the basket. Another possiblity would maybe be some sort of festive decoration--party hats perhaps?
