I was wondering this myself   Written by Line (10/13/2005 8:09 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Age and amount of children at the Musgroves, penned by Annu
Are you new?

I assume that Charles is about Anne's age, 27 or not much younger, anyway, and I believe Louisa and Henrietta are supposed to be around 20, so I think Richard was probably older than the two girls were. Apart from them we have school-age girls (plural) and boys (plural), ending with "the very last, the lingering and long-petted master Harry, sent to school after his brothers" (ch.13).
