Ok, silly little thought

Am I the only one who thinks it is somewhat silly to name your eldest son after yourself. Chains and chains of people all with the same name.

Everyone in this book is named Charles!

God willing, little Charles will grow up and Mr. and Mrs. Musgrove will still be around.

If Charles Musgrove is Mr. Charles, what will little Charles be. Poor boy will be 'Little Charles' his whole life.

Not to mention there is going to be Charles Hayter and his little son Charles (if he has one).

Argh! Poor name. It needs a rest.
