I think Mary   Written by Kara M (10/5/2005 10:48 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Mary's relationship with Elizabeth, penned by helena6
Are you new?

would have complained to Anne of it, if her father and sister had not visited prior to going to Bath. "oh, Father and Elizabeth used me so ill in going to Bath without visiting me ..." or "Father and Elizabeth have not been in my house more than 12 times since I married." - She's not one to keep complaints to herself.

The book says that only Anne stayed with Mary on a regular basis but I imagine they all saw each other regularly when Elizabeth and SW were in the country. As to having a relationship with Elizabeth, only Sir Walter appears to be capable of that. They have their own private mutual admiration society going on. Anne and Elizabeth may live in the same house but there's is not a warm relationship there.
