] I wouldn't say that Wentworth didn't deserve some blame - which, by the way, I think he was heaping on himself for not catching Louisa or stopping her at the crucial moment, not for his previous words

I agree completely with this. Wentworth was feeling very guilty about her injury, but his guilt was misplaced - on the fact that he failed to catch her - not that he had encouraged her behavior in the first place. He hadn't made that leap, which Anne so obviously did (see her thoughts quoted in the "No blames at all?" post below.)
