Jane Austen made two extended visits to Lyme Regis in 1803 and 1804. Can you tell that she enjoyed her time there? What lovely descriptions she gives of the town and its environs.

A nice picture of The Cobb jutting out into the sea. You can see that the stones are very uneven and there is a good slant to it. Tricky to walk on.
