The other week we went to a community festivity in the countryside , in the forrest actually where stand our humble abode and those of 40 more families. It all began during the day and we never planned to remain for many hours, (especially as the Forsythe Saga was on tv in the evening ;9)but the party turned out a very merry one with crayfish and the beverages to go with them in Sweden.

Anyhow it was about eleven o'clock when we started out for home. And I tell you it was black! No stars no moon.. we went step by step feeling our way cautiously with one foot at a time since there are ditches on both sides of the road. We had to guess where our minor driveway was and then there is a stony path up to the house. We only saw the car when it was 50 cm before us and the house some five meters in advance.
