We actually have no idea what Bingley's reading habits are.

But I happen to agree. Charles amazingly gets very little of Austen's wit flung at him. I'm not quite sure why. Although he may not be a bad father by her estimate, he is certainly no less worthy of being made fun of than any person.

Nobody else is spared such censure.
