Are you new?

I assume that, having reached the rank of Admiral, Adm. Croft is an older man, and I assume that the age span between frederick and his sister is not that great. So, would Mrs. Croft have married an "older man" who already a start, at least, on making his fortune? If this is so their situation would differ from Anne and Frederick's.
