Are you new?

Jemima seems to be hot topic among the Musgroves in Ch. 6, although how reliable she was depends on whether you believe Mary or her mother-in-law's version of her character. Did little Charles' fall happen because Jemima had gone off socialising, or was it just one of those accidents that even the best supervised three-year-old can have?
