instructions for many days ahead, because of the move?   Written by Kalyn (9/26/2005 4:32 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, But if so, why at this particulat time? nfm, penned by Ann2
Are you new?

I guess I just assumed that normally, if Anne had been living at Kellynch on a daily basis, she would have simply called the gardener and said, "Hey, today take those gladiolas to LR's house" or something of the sort. Since she's moving, she's piling up her instructions for the next several months all at once. Sort of like when I was in college (many years ago!), and would ask my mom, "Before you come next weekend, could you go into my closet and find that red sweater, it's either hanging behind the green dress or folded on the right side of the shelf next to my old shorts..."
