Yes, this is true. Someone also said that Anne probably had some money coming to her so she would not have been entirely destitute in any case. Perhaps I shouldn't have included some of the examples I listed but I was basically trying to show that no matter how bad the possibilities, some of which I believe have come up, she should have been allowed to make her decision without pressure. Thanks for clearing it up. :-)
