Tenderness   Written by MaryAnn K. (9/25/2005 9:12 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Maybe this is a lack of understanding about men!, penned by Annette J.
Are you new?

Anne, in her break-up speech which we are not fortunate enough to have, would have communicated why she thought she was doing him some good by breaking up. He could have responded in a humble way, with tenderness, put his pride aside and said, "Because I love you, I will prove to you that I am worthy of you. Within a year or two, would you allow me to come back for your hand?" Instead, his youthful arrogance got in the way of his love, and he responded without thinking about the line he was crossing, the bridge he was burning.
