Mr. Sheppard   Written by helena6 (9/25/2005 10:30 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, solicitors and barristers, penned by Kalyn

It's the subtleties of the division that are lost of me. Do barristers ever talk to client at all? What exactly do they do to prepare for cases.

And of course what would an attorney be doing at a court?

Then I wonder if Mr. Sheppard had a client going to court or if he was there to do something else.
