Are you new?

I'm not English, but I am familiar with the system (perhaps too many mystery novels when I'm not reading Austen?). Normally, your solicitor (attorney) would hook you up with a barrister (trial lawyer). In fact, if you want a good laugh, try any of the Rumpole stories--my favorite barrister!
