Basically Agree   Written by BarbaraB (9/24/2005 3:50 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Mr. William Elliot, penned by Cheryl
Are you new?

I guess there's no getting around Mr. Elliot's rudeness but it was hard to hold back a snicker at Sir Walter and Elizabeth getting a bit of comeuppance. Talk about how family should be treated, they walk around Kellynch pretty much snubbing their own daughters/sisters, especially Anne. Their behavior is the height of rudeness as well as meanness and she is one of their own, lives in the same home and is pretty much ignored. And things such as: "Oh, I know how to save a little money. Let's not get a present for Anne this year."---?????!!!!!... Do two wrongs make a right? I suppose not. I guess Sir Walter and Elizabeth's behavior does not excuse Mr. E's. The fact that he stoops as low as them speaks volumes for the three of them. Still it felt good to see SW and EE get a bit of royal up-your-nose. (hehe)
