I like the Barnes & Noble Classics editions.   Written by Annette J. (9/20/2005 6:29 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Re: The Norton Critical Edition, penned by Maisy
Are you new?

The books always have a well-written and pertinent introduction, followed by the endnotes, and a discussion of any films adapted from the work, as well as other features. And they are inexpensive! My copy was a trade size book for $5.95.
