Who said that rank was the reason Sir Walter and Lady Elliot's marriage made her unhappy?

I said that his rank perhaps blinded her, and certainly blinded Lady Russell to Sir Walter's faults, and these faults (being conceited, silly, extravagant, and yes--an idiot) made for a difficult marriage.
