Frankly, IMO, there's nothing to blame about here. Are you referring to who to blame for Lydia? She had poor parenting on both sides (why do we need to calibrate who was more at fault), but also a nature that put her where she ended up. Kitty didn't end up that way and she had the same parents. It's also circumstances. Possibly, not every regiment has a Wickham, either.

I just don't see why we have to blame anyone. After all, it was a happy ending, right? Even Lydia seems to be happy enough with her "plight" of being married before all her sisters. Both Kitty and Mary were given more attention after Lizzy and Jane were married as well.
