I can not imagine Wickham's plans have that much foresight. He seems to be driven by necessity and opportunity so much, that I am willing to believe that Mrs. Younge's connivance with him against Georgianna was HER idea. I do not think Wickham is capable of planning, let alone executing that plan, in his usual way of thinking. He never acts, he REacts, and lives by habit and indulgence.

Not that I am bitter. ;)
