It's not like there aren't enough birds to keep the men busy at Netherfield - a larger estate than Longbourn, after all. Mrs. Bennet is almost begging Bingley to come back to Longbourne, and, by extension, throw him into Jane's company and into marriage. She's being almost as fawning and obsequious to Bingley as Mr. Collins is to Lady Catherine.
