Could Wickham be a "pathological liar?"   Written by jeffrey (5/13/2010 5:31 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Is Wickham a compulsive liar?, penned by Kathleen Glancy

Psychological research is replete with labels such as "borderline personality," or "pathological Liar, or "sociopath." I suppose one could characterize Wickham as someone self-deluded and unable to self-examine with any degree of truthful accuracy. Yes, and we have one of these types in our family too, so I speak with an element of veracity about this. In Miss Austen's world he's just a "bad dude."
