a rather confusing sentence   Written by Karen G (5/12/2010 11:32 p.m.)
Are you new?

This is one sentence I'm not sure I've completely figured out yet. How do you all interpret it? The hims and hers are rather confusing to me.

Ch. 44:
To no creature had it [Georgiana's meditated elopment] been revealed, where secresy was possible, except to Elizabeth; and from all Bingley's connexions her brother was particularly anxious to conceal it, from that very wish which Elizabeth had long ago attributed to him, of their becoming hereafter her own. He had certainly formed such a plan, and without meaning that it should effect his endeavour to separate him from Miss Bennet, it is probable that it might add something to his lively concern for the welfare of his friend.

Is it this way?
To no creature had [Georgiana's meditated elopment] been revealed, where secresy was possible, except to Elizabeth; and from all Bingley's connexions [Mr. Darcy] was particularly anxious to conceal it, from that very wish which Elizabeth had long ago attributed to [Darcy], of their [Bingley's connexions?] becoming hereafter [Georgiana's] own. [Darcy] had certainly formed such a plan, and without meaning that it should effect [Darcy's] endeavour to separate [Bingley] from Miss Bennet, it is probable that it might add something to [Darcy's?] lively concern for the welfare of [Bingley?].
