unfoldment of the story   Written by Karen G (5/12/2010 11:03 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, she could see it and write of it LONG, penned by Stephanie
Are you new?

I have to say, I LOVE this part of the book we are discussing now, and I actually couldn't wait to finish reading the last chapters which I finished off this morning (but I will not discuss them until the time is right.)

I so enjoy Austen's unfoldment of the story... particularly to the knowledgable characters. Such as these lines from Ch. 44:
Her uncle and aunt were all amazement; and the embarrassment of her manner as she spoke, joined to the circumstance itself, and many of the circumstances of the preceding day, opened to them a new idea on the business. Nothing had ever suggested it before, but they now felt that there was no other way of accounting for such attentions from such a quarter than by supposing a partiality for their niece.

"a new idea on the business"... and actually, it's a new idea for Elizabeth, too! (Or rather, a renewed idea.) I love reliving the journey of the dawning of knowledge of Mr. Darcy's "partiality for their niece." :)
