conversation [] had lost much [] by the absence of Jane & Eli   Written by Stephanie (5/11/2010 1:48 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Good point!, penned by Anne-Marie
Are you new?

When both Elizabeth and Jane are away (Jane ill at Netherfield, and Elizabeth tending her, or Elizabeth visiting Hunsford, and Jane with the Gardiners), the household runs fine. It is in the society of the household that they are missed.

Remember, Mrs. Bennett keeps servants who can do their own work! ;)

But, in a crisis, I would assume the family would need more steady direction.
