I favor the first scenario Written by Kathi (5/7/2010 10:10 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, I did notice it, and over time worked out four possibilities, penned by Kathleen Glancy

It seems like if JA had put in the discrepancy on purpose as some sort of hint, she would have made something of it somewhere, and so far, she hasn't.
