...on a new bride of one's acquaintance as soon as possible after the wedding. IIRC Mr. Woodhouse mentions it in Emma. Although I feel that Lizzy's presence may have hastened his call just as her presence may have kept him away for an interval afterward, I expect Mr. Darcy would have made the courtesy call even if Lizzy were not at Hunsford.
