How much did Denny know, and when did he know it Written by Adrian (5/5/2010 12:02 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Deception in Ch. 35-36: Wickham (long), penned by Connie

IIRC all we know at the Netherfield ball is that Denny knew that Wickham did not like Darcy and suspected Wickham did not attend the ball because Darcy would be present.

Anything beyond that, if my memory serves, is speculation--which is welcome and tantalizing but not validated by the text.

(P.S. I wickedly wished you could change your subject header to something like "Wickham's deceptions (endless)." LOL)
