Thank you. I have never been able to express what it is that I so enjoy (and envy!) about Elizabeth's manner...you have done it for me! I've always sense that she certainly comes from a place of considerable personal security...no one can truly be light while still 'disposing of' inauthentic people without feeling deeply secure! To do so in a civilized yet pointed way is not just an art. It's a way of being---which also explains why Elizabeth could handle herself so strongly during that shocking and abominable proposal! I too admire both traits---when I grow up, I'd love to be Elizabeth Bennet!
