An early reference   Written by Aaron (4/29/2010 1:36 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Dangerous Liaison, penned by Robbin
Are you new?

Do you remember when discussing Mr. Bingley with Lizzie Charlotte says "Happiness in marriage is entierly a matter of chance. If dispositions of the parties are ever so well know to each other, or so similar beforehand, it does not advance their felicity in the least. They always continue to grow sufficently unlike afterwards to have their share of vexation, and it is better to know as little as possible of the defects with whom you are to pass your life" Charlotte clearly knows that happiness is chance and in her position in life, marriage to Mr. Collins has a chance as any other. She knows he has charater flaws but if you know too much you'll never be happy, and ignoring said problems, Charlotte has a chance at happiness.
