Okay, perhaps there is no danger in buying a lottery ticket, but though it is Stephanie who did it, I think her chances of winning are about as high as Charlotte's chance of happiness with Mr. Collins (no offense, Stephanie) and visa versa. As I wrote elsewhere, Charlotte implies that her choice is a refusal of romanticism, but Lizzy sees it as turning her back on good sense.
