I to have a tendency to let my Elizabeth reign over my better judgement but not to the extent that I would risk a life of poverty and difficulty, I made those choices in my past, now that I am older and wiser, I will buy a lottery ticket but I don't use the whole paycheck! Lizzie's youth is part of her ability to turn down a less than desirable marriage. Charlotte's age is a reason to embrace it.
