P&P2 gives a mirror reason for me confusing it with the novel, at times. The characters are so well-portrayed that I now hear THEIR voices in my head saying the lines from the novel as I read them - even the ones that did not make it into the mini-series!

That casting director deserves a pat on the back, and a share of the applause that the actors cull from that gem.
