-"I am not romantic, you know" Doesn´t it sound like Charlotte is apologising/justifiying her decision? As it is obvious she is not in love and has to explain why she chose him. When one chooses to get married, one owes no explanation to anyone but oneself.

I agree with Aaron...any woman reaching 30 at that time, I THINK, was a burden to any family...

And...marrying Collins...Is she mature/realistic or a looser by giving up hope?
