Mr Bennet, a typical man !   Written by Benedicte (4/18/2010 4:51 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, The Games Mr. Bennet Plays, penned by BarbaraB
Are you new?

I had not interpreted it as you Sylvia at 1st, but it really makes sense. Some men (my father for example, or very often my husband) tend to be very matter of fact in their descriptions while we women would tend to insist on impressions and interpretations and not stick to facts. (as an example, when my Husband 1st told his family about my existence, they all wanted a description, and the only thing they could get from him, after much questioning was that I was probably green-eyed, dark-haired, and that I dressed in green... well he is color-blind !... so that a sister in law asked him if he had ever met me :-))
