Yes, but I always thought "praise" applied to the first half of Caroline's comment (she is a great reader) and "censure" to the second (no interest in anything else). Now I believe that *Caroline* meant both parts as "censure", but Elizabeth deftly managed to turn the first into "praise"!

Good point about the card-playing!
