In my opinion,   Written by Merrie B. (4/16/2010 2:21 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, St Mary the Stupid (long), penned by Anselm
Are you new?

vain, deslusioned-of-grandeur Mary is another humorous addition to the Bennet family by Jane Austen, to round out the other interesting family members: foolish Lydia, her "follower" Kitty, sarcastic Mr. Bennet, and silly Mrs. Bennet, who all contrast with sweet Jane and sensible, lively Lizzy.

I am actually very entertained by Mary and feel a little sorry for her...she's so out of place in the Bennet family! She needs to marry a windblown churchman or lawyer or something...someone who will appreciate her preaching. :)
